House rules
We request all guests to behave in such a way that the other guests and our neighbors are not disturbed!
Check In:
During check-in, all guests must present a valid photo ID. Special requests are subject to availability and may be extra charges are applicable The confirmed reservation is subject to a fee and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or early departure.
Parking:
Private parking available at the property (reservation is not possible) and costs CHF 29.00 per night.
Quiet Hours:
From 22.00 p.m. kindly keep the noise to minimum in all rooms and balconies. including the corridors and in the staircases.
Kitchen:
Due to hygienic reasons, food residues and dishes must be removed or washed away immediately.
No Smoking:
Please note that smoking is prohibited in all rooms. If you are in breach of the smoking ban, we will charge cleaning costs of CHF 100.00. In addition, we will charge you the rental loss for at least 3 days (80% of the valid room price).
Rooms:
During your stay with us, we request for an environmentally friendly behavior especially when dealing with water and electricity.
The staff of the Residence Appartements are entitled to enter the room during the stay of the guest for cleaning and carrying out repair works.
Housekeeping and linen change are done once a week between 11:00 am and 15:00 pm.
For safety reasons it is not allowed to lean out of the windows, they may only be opened for airing. The window sill must not be used as a seat and nothing should be thrown out of the windows!
Please do not throw any sanitary pads and tampons into the toilets!
Visitors:
It is not allowed to receive visitors to the guest rooms. Guests are welcome to receive the visitors at the reception during the opening hours.
Individuals that are not registered in the hotel can access the room only after prior registration at the reception during the opening hours.
Residence apartments can deny access in individual cases!
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Damage, pollution, loss of Key
In the event of damage or contamination of buildings, inventory, or loss of the key, the damage caused must be compensated by the guest. Key replacement cost is CHF 100.00 Compensation payments is to be made immediately at the reception in cash. (in case of groups, accompanying persons the representative of the organizer, must make an extra contribution). Theft and intentional damage are immediately reported.
In case of violations of one or more of the above regulations, Residence Appartements is entitled at any time to terminate the accommodation agreement without notice. The obligation of the guest to pay for the booked nights remains unchanged. Accidental damage caused during your stay should be immediately reported to the employee on duty.
Valuables/luggage:
We draw attention to the fact that we cannot accept any liability for luggage and valuables.
Residence Apartments does not accept any liability for loss of valuables (especially jewelry and cash). The access of third parties or the letting of rooms of the Residence Appartements to third parties by guests is only permitted with the written consent of the house
Cancellation by Residence Appartements:
The Residence Appartements is entitled to cancel accommodation contracts (even after Check-in) with immediate effect if the general terms and conditions of the house are violated.
Departure:
We request guests to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Each hour after departure time you will be charged CHF 15.00.
During Check-out please leave the keys at the reception or put them in the Key box.
Keys:
If you need a second key, you can get it against a deposit of CHF 100.00 at the reception. In case of loss or non-return of the room card/key we will charge you CHF 100.00.

Payments & billing
All services of the Residence Appartements are to be paid upon arrival in cash, Credit card payment or bank transfer. For a bank transfer, the invoice amount must be credited to the business account until the day of arrival.
Cancellation policy
Residence Appartments is entitled to cancel a reservation and or execute an immediate check-out if necessary under certain circumstances without giving explanations. Residence Appartments shall not be held liable to the client for any failure of or delay in performance any of its obligations due to any cause of circumstances which are beyond control, including –but without limiting the generality of the foregoing –“Force Majeure”.
According to the terms of this agreement, force majeure conditions are defined by the law that cannot be controlled by the parties such as fire, water damage or natural damage to the building and as a result rental is not possible.
Furthermore, the following cancellation fees will be retained or charged: Up to 1 day before arrival, guests can cancel their reservation free of charge. For no-show the full price of the stay will be charged. The booking is chargeable and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or early departure.
If a Client’s behaviour does not conform to the general organizational rules established at the Residence Appartments, we have the right to immediately cease to provide the Client with the accommodation services. All actual expenses caused by the aforementioned measures are paid for by the guest.
Under 18 Policy
You must be 18 years old with a valid ID to make a reservation and check into the hotel on your own. Minor guests must be accompanied by an adult who has a valid reservation in the hotel. Staff members of the hotel reserve the right to decline service in case of any suspicion.
House Rules
We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. The House Rules have been established based on industry standards, operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the Residence Appartements. The House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policy/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. In the case of a violation of the house rules, Residence Apartments is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract without notice. For services that may not have been used, cancellation fees will be charged according to the above mentioned cancellation policies.
Unclaimed articles, whether valuable or non-valuable, shall be held for 14 days (including the day the item was found) unless otherwise specified. Articles which remain unclaimed after this period shall be discarded; Perishable items will be discarded immediately.
For security reason we only allow our staff members and checked-in guests in our hotel rooms and other reserved premises.
We do require the presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in. Front Desk staff will take a copy.
Liability
Anyone who causes damage to the building or inventory is liable within the framework of the statutory provisions. Theft and intentional damage to property will be reported immediately to the police. After departure the rooms are inspected by the house staff.
Final Provisions
The invalidity of individual components of these terms and conditions shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining components.
In the event of dispute, including disputes for checks and bills of exchange, the courts at the location of the hotel’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction for commercial transactions.
